A few months ago, I entered the Clabber Girl Healthy Cheating contest. I had to buy one of their packaged brownie or cookie mixes and make something creative with it.
I found out today that I got third place. Here's a picture of the entry:

The brownie was baked flattened on a pizza pan. Then I put suggested toppings on it. One was natural peanut butter with chocolate chips, one was fresh raspberries with a little whipped cream, the other two are canned pie fillings in case fresh fruit is out of season.
I'm thrilled!
